The Energy Performance Certificate will rate your house according to how energy efficient it is. The certificate also gives recommendations how to improve the performance of your house and greatly reduce monthly utility bills, this in turn will help to reduce your Carbon Footprint.

The energy performance certificate (EPC) is a mandatory part of the home information pack (HIP). The EPC will tell you how energy efficient your property is, and, can only be carried out by an accredited domestic energy assessor or home inspector.
